Method 1. Soft reset

Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force the head unit to restart. The power button is the single button on the left side.
Method 2. Drain the battery and recharge
If Method 1 fails to solve the problem, then leave the head unit turned on to drain the battery. The unit will turn off automatically once the battery is flat.
Proceed to charge the battery until complete and turn it on again. Use a USB charger with at least 2A.
Method 3. Perform a factory reset
The factory reset should be the last resort if Method 1 or 2 don’t work or if you’re selling the head unit and want to wipe out all the data.
